上柴E系列柴油机常见故障检测与诊断
摘要：上海柴油机动力股份有限公司是国内柴油机技术及生产的领先者，有着近70年的研究以及生产历史。上柴E系列柴油发动机是上柴公司近几年来，根据欧洲先进的技术，而研制开发的一系列新型柴油发动机。现如今，已经有了比较成熟的技术和生产水平。本课题旨在对E系列柴油机的基本原理、常见故障的检测与诊断以及关键维修技术进行分析和掌握。首先在收集并整理分析相关资料文献的基础上，了解上柴E系列柴油机的发展应用趋势，并学习和掌握其结构组成与工作原理；其次在理论联系实际的基础上，掌握E系列柴油机故障诊断的基本方法与步骤，以及常见故障的维修方法。并通过经典案列进行说明分析；还有对E系列柴油发动机的日常使用维护保养等作一些介绍。最后在上述研究的基础上，对课题的研究成果进行总结与进一步的展望。
