关于中国式家族式信托业务市场的开拓与发展研究
摘要
我国家族式信托业从70年代末建立以来，得到了快速的发展，在金融领域有了自己的立足之地，其经营业务不断拓宽，为我国的社会主义经济建设做出了较大贡献，对我国金融市场的发展起到了一定的推动作用。但在其发展过程中，一直存在着很多问题：本身资本金就已经严重不足，筹集资金的能力也不是很强，导致了资金运用的低效率；内部管理存在缺陷，人员素质低，用人机制较不合理；其发展的外部环境对它也有一定的不良影响。内外的结合导致了我国家族式信托业不能良好发展，为使我国的家族式信托业能得到健康、有序的发展，更大的发挥其自身的优势，满足社会主义建设的需要，国家应加强对家族式信托业的管理，加大立法工作力度，从宏观上给家族式信托业一个良好的发展环境；信托机构自身也应该加强内部管理，不断拓宽业务范围，使经营和管理机制逐步完善，满足自身发展的需要。

abstract
Family type trust industry of our country has established from the end of the 1970s, rapid development, in the financial sector have their own foothold, its business expanding, China's socialist economic construction made greater contribution, on China's financial market development to a certain role in promoting. But in the course of its development, there has been a lot of problems: capital itself has a serious shortage, raise funds ability is not strong, resulting in the low efficiency of utilization of capital; defects in the internal management, low quality of personnel, with mechanism is unreasonable; in the external environment for the development of it also some adverse effects. The combination of internal and external resulted in the sound development of China's family trust industry can not be, to make our country family trust industry can get healthy and orderly development, greater play their own advantages, to meet the needs of socialist construction, the state should strengthen the management of family trust industry, increase the legislative efforts, from the macro to the family trust industry a good development environment; trust institutions themselves should also strengthen internal management, continue to broaden the scope of business, the operation and management mechanism is progressively and perfect, to meet the needs of their own development.
