浅析无锡九派物资采购管理系统
摘要：随着国内中小企业的不断发展，市场经济竞争日益激烈，使得整个市场经济的采购已成为一个非常重要的组成部分。研究表明，采购，以提高过程，提高生产率，降低供应链的成本提供了一个巨大的机会。采购产品和服务是公司最大的支出，企业采购部门必须逐步战略功能，即合理的业务流程，协调活动，降低供应链的成本，降低大多数中小企业在采购管理中产生的各种问题。许多企业为了提高产品的利润，提高公司的竞争力，降低成本所产生的采购，库存积压，物流运输等方面的成本。正是在时间上的采购，是为了满足这一趋势，以适应新的，竞争的环境需要从资源的限制，以创造一个新的竞争优势。阐述了我国现代企业新的JIT采购的特点和运作模式。

Analysis of Wuxi nine part supplies procurement management system
Abstract: With the continuous development of the domestic small and medium-sized enterprises, the market economy competition is increasingly fierce, making the whole market economy has become a very important part of the procurement.
