                              电子商务英语的语言特征分析

                                       摘   要
随着经济全球化的发展和中国加入世界贸易组织,我国的涉外商务活动日益频繁,商务英语已经成为世界经济活动中必不可少的语言交际工具。
本论文对商务英语语言的语言特征及其翻译进行了研究。论文共包括四章。论文第一章引言指出本文研究背景和研究目的。第二章分别从语气、词汇、句式三个方面介绍了商务英语语言的语言特征。第三章从增译法、省译法、转译法、分译法及习惯术语的译法五个方面探讨了商务英语语言的翻译方法和策略,第四章结论指出使用正确的翻译方法才能写出上乘的商务英语语言,保证商务活动顺利进行,搭建贸易双方沟通的桥梁。
商务英语语言在国际商务活动中扮演的角色越来越重要,商务英语语言的研究也随之越来越受到人们的普遍重视。商务英语语言是涉外商业活动中开展业务的专业性书面记录,有着较为特殊的语体特征及特有的翻译原则和要求,翻译时要特别注重其准确性和规范性。本文的研究旨在促进商务英语语言的翻译,把一方的信息准确、忠实地传递给另一方。通过对商务英语语言的语言特点分析,不仅能够使我们对商务英语语言的写作有了更深入的了解,而且对商务英语语言的语言特征的研究及其翻译规范和使用也具有一定的指导意义。

1 Insruction
     As a function of language, business language English is a special purpose. Business English language has its own unique language field, tenor and language, which determines the language features of business English language in terms of vocabulary, syntax and discourse. The language expression of business English language should be adjusted according to the changing of the communicative context.
    As the main means of transmitting information and business negotiation in foreign business activities, Business language is an important means and basis for the exchange of information between buyers and sellers in the business activities, it can ensure the smooth conduct of business activities, and in the fierce international competition to find and capture unlimited business opportunities. In international trade, business English is the most widely used means of communication, is a bridge of communication between the two sides of the trade, almost every business transaction is in the sale of two times the exchange of correspondence agreement signed, so business English language as an important tool and means of communication, or communication between the company and its customers, plays an important role in international economy and trade
    Business English language has a special purpose of communication and specific communicative object, in social function, language style, language style with a specific theme. Business English translation is a kind of method and technique for the mutual expression of English and Chinese. In Business English translation, to be faithful and fluent, the translator should follow the principle of functional equivalence to exact specifications. The lexical features of business English language, mood and sentence patterns determine the translator in the translation process should be strictly followed these principles. The key to the translation of English is to master the methods and techniques of English translation and to make reasonable use of it. This paper discusses the basic structure and stylistic features of the international business language and the translation of the translation, which aims to guide the business English workers to better use of business English language for trade information exchange.
