论《人性的弱点》对当代社会人际关系的作用
摘要：良好的人际交往能力以及良好的人际关系是人们生存和发展的必要条件。当代人作为一个特殊群体，面对激烈的竞争和日益强大的社会心理压力，如何认识和正确处理当代人人际交往中存在的问题具有及其重要的意义，人际交往障碍会给当代人的学习、生活、情绪、健康等各个方面带来一系列不良影响;通过对当代人在人际交往和沟通中存在的问题以及原因分析，说明了当代人如何保持和提高良好人际关系交往和沟通能力。同时形成一种团结友爱、朝气蓬勃的人际交往环境，也将有利于当代人形成和发展健康的个性品质。 社会生活中的每一个生活都生活在人际关系网中，每个人的成长和发展都依存于人际交往。人际关系的好坏往往是一个人心理健康水平、社会适应能力的综合体现。现代社会是一个开放的社会，开放的社会需要开放的社会交往。本次研究的主题在于探讨人际关系处理的技巧,通过阅读《人性的弱点》体会其中存在价值的相关理念,希望可以实现对人们追求成功道路的辅助与支持.研究首先探讨了人际管理处理技巧的重要性,其次是针对人际管理处理的技巧进行细节的分析和探讨,希望能够在良好地建议指导下帮助人们获得处理人际关系的重要元素,达成人们工作、学习和生活的实际需求.

Effects of How to Win Friend&Influence People on Human Relations in Contemporary Society
Abstract: good interpersonal skills and good interpersonal relationship are the necessary conditions for people's survival and development. As a special group, contemporary people are facing fierce competition and increasingly strong social psychological pressure. It is of great significance to understand and correctly deal with the problems existing in contemporary people's interpersonal communication. 1.Introduction
Contemporary people's interpersonal communication is more complex, more extensive, more independent and more social. Individuals begin to enter the communication circle of quasi social groups independently. Contemporary people began to try independent interpersonal communication, and try to develop this ability. Moreover, communication ability has increasingly become an important standard to measure personal ability in the eyes of contemporary people. Contemporary people are in a period of psychological development which is eager for communication and understanding. Good interpersonal relationship is an inevitable requirement for their normal psychological development, healthy personality, and a sense of security, belonging and happiness. However, not everyone can deal with interpersonal relationships. In this process, a considerable number of people will have various problems. Cognitive, emotional and personality factors affect the establishment of interpersonal relationship. Once frustrated in this process, it may show as self denial and fall into depression and anxiety, or try to fight and get into trouble, and thus produce psychological problems. 1、 The expression of contemporary people's interpersonal discomfort.
The survey shows that more than 50% of the contemporary people's psychological problems are related to interpersonal communication, while in the previous statistics, love troubles occupy the first place. Communication troubles are more than love troubles. After careful analysis, the confusion and discomfort in contemporary interpersonal relationship can be divided into the following five categories:
