生产线产品数量统计系统设计
摘要:本次设计研究的主要内容就是如何解决对于生产线上所生产的产品的实时技术，这次，就是利用AT89C51和红外线传感器和LED数码管的设计组合来完成精确良好的计数，原理是在产品的出品口，放置一个红外线传感器，当有产品经出品口通过时，由红外线传感器发射的红外光，就会被暂时遮住，这时就会产生新的数据信号并被检测模块采集到，随后传入微处理器AT89C51单片机中处理，最后，再输出已处理好的数据信号到LED数码管中进行显示，这样，生产线产品计数显示系统就完成了产品的自动计数显示。

Abstract：Real time technology, study the main content of this design is how to solve the production for the production line of the products, is to use the combination of AT89C51 and infrared sensor and LED digital tube design to complete the precise counting principle is good, in the production of export products, placing an infrared sensor, when the product produced by mouth through the infrared sensors, infrared emission, will be temporarily covered, then it will generate new data signal is collected and detection module, then spread processing, microprocessor AT89C51 MCU in the signal output, data processing has been good to the LED digital tube display, so, the production line counting display system finished product automatic counting display.
