导游与游客不文明行为关系研究
摘要：旅途中导游的陪伴不可或缺，导游不仅要为游客引路、讲解、解决旅游活动过程中的琐事，还要监督游客的言行举止。游客在旅游活动过程中的不文明行为和导游的监管不利有一定的关系，当然这也和游客自身习惯、受教育程度、社会经历和生活环境有关，但导游的监督和提醒也尤为重要，导游有责任和义务对游客的不文明行为做出及时的提醒和制止。因此，导游要提前预习游客以及景点资料，制定不同的方案，尽可能减少或杜绝游客不文明行为。

A study on the relationship between the tour guide and the uncivilized behavior of tourists
Abstract：Indispensable to the company of travel guides the way, the tour guide should not only for the visitors guide, explanation, solve the chores in the process of tourism activities, but also to supervise the demeanor of the tourists. Tourists in tourism activities in the process of uncivilized behavior and guide the supervision adverse have certain relationship. About of course, this also and visitor's own habits, level of education, social experience and living environment, but guide the supervision and remind is particularly important, tour guides have the responsibility and obligation to visitors of the uncivilized behavior to make timely reminders and stop. Therefore, the tour guide will preview tourist attractions and information, making different solutions, as far as possible to reduce or eliminate uncivilized behavior.
