浅析吉翔建筑安装工程公司固定资产管理存在的问题和对策
摘要：固定资产是企业的一项重要资产，不但在企业管理中占有非常重要的地位，也是企业持续经营的物质基础。但由于固定资产数量多，种类复杂，使用的周期又比较长，放置的地点比较分散，因此企业在管理上存在一定的困难，这也是很多企业不能有效管理固定资产的原因。在上述这种情况下，就会造成企业固定资产的利用率不高，闲置的现象比较严重，更不能为企业创造更多的经济价值。本文在相关理论基础上，以吉林市吉翔建筑安装工程有限责任公司为例，分析该公司固定资产管理的现状，并对目前管理过程中存在的问题进行研究，进而根据这些问题提出对策，对改善固定资产的管理工作起到一定的帮助作用。

Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures of Fixed Assets Management of Jixiang Construction and Installation Engineering Company
Abstract: Fixed assets is an important asset of enterprises, not only plays a very important role in enterprise management, but also a material foundation for the sustainable operation of enterprises. Because the number of fixed assets is too many, the type is complex, the use of cycle is relatively long, locations are scattered. Therefore, the enterprises in the management exist some difficulties; this is the reason that a lot of enterprises can not be effective in the management of fixed assets. In this case, the enterprise can not make full use of fixed assets. On the basis of relevant theories, this paper takes Jixiang Construction and Installation Co., Ltd. as an example, analyzes the company's fixed asset management status, researches on the problems existing in the process of its fixed assets management currently, and then puts forward some countermeasures to improve the management of fixed assets.
