浅析无锡金豹电动车厂固定资产管理中存在的问题及对策
摘要：伴随着我国当前市场经济改革的不断深入开展，我国电动车企业所面临的市场竞争也越来越激烈。电动车企业只有充分对所占有的有效资源进行有效整合，才能最大限度地降低企业的运营成本，才能在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地并不断扩大市场份额。而固定资产，作为企业开展运营的重要资产组成部分，其管理效率对于企业来说具有极为重要的现实意义。基于这一现状，笔者就以无锡金豹电动车厂为研究对象，分析其固定资产管理现状和管理过程中存在的问题，然后针对这些问题提出了相应的解决对策。

Analysis on the problems and Countermeasures of fixed assets management in Wuxi Golden Leopard electric vehicle factory
Abstract: with the current market economy, the deepening reform of China's development, China's electrical depot enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition. An electrical depot enterprise has to take possession of effective resources for effective integration, in order to minimize the operation cost of the enterprise, to the fierce competition in the market occupies a space for one person and expanding market share. Fixed assets, assets as the important part of the enterprises to carry out operation, the efficiency of management has very important practical significance for enterprises. Based on this situation, the author analyzes and discusses the management of fixed assets of enterprises in our country. At first, the article introduces the necessity of strengthening the management of fixed assets of enterprises, and then analyzes the problems existing in fixed assets management of enterprises in our country, and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems, a combination of theory and reality, aiming at the problem of fixed assets management, describes the author's own actual situation in Wuxi Jinbao electric vehicle factory work. Finally, the full text are summarized, in order to effectively deal with current enterprise fixed assets management problems. Author use Wuxi Jinbao electrical depot for the study, analysis of its fixed asset management status and problems in the management process, and to solve these problems put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
