食品样品前处理仪
摘要：食品样品前处理仪,是一台检测食品中农药残留、兽药残留、重金属、食品添加剂和环境污染物检测中需要的样品前处理技术。食品中的化学组成十分复杂，为了得到准确的食品中的成分，必须破坏样品中各个组分，此外，食品中的污染物、农药等由于成分少，很难被检测出来，为了准确地得到他们的含量必须在测定前对样品进行富集和浓缩。这些操作就叫做样品的前处理。
本文主要介绍前处理的多种方法，食品样品前处理的意义，以及食品样品前处理粉碎机构的设计和一些实验要求实验方法。

Food sample pretreatment apparatus
Abstract: Food sample pretreatment apparatus is a test of pesticide residues in food. Veterinary drug residues, heavy metals, food additives and detection of environmental pollutants need to sample pretreatment technology. The chemical composition of food is very complicated, in order to get the accurate composition of the food, must destroy the individual components in the sample. In addition, food contaminants, pesticides and other components due to less, it is difficult to be detected, in order to accurately obtain their content must be before the determination of the samples were enriched and concentrated, these operations are called sample pre-treatment This paper mainly introduces the previous treatment of a variety of methods, the significance of the food sample pretreatment, and the design of the preprocessed grinding mechanism and some experimental results.
