传动轴和转轮的数控加工工艺编制及编程
摘要:传动轴和转轮属于阶梯轴。本次课题主要是通过对传动轴和转轮 1、转轮 2 进行相关工艺分析,从而制定出切实可行的加工工艺路线,并完成一份传动轴和转轮 1、转轮 2 的二维 CAD 图、三维 UG 图的绘制;通过对其机械加工工艺路线的制定,完成相关的工艺过程卡及工序卡各一份;最终完成传动轴和转轮 1,转轮 2 相关课程设计说明书。
