“一带一路”背景下商务英语专业毕业生就业策略
摘要：随着世界经济不断发展，中国经济不断发展。各个行业竞争愈发激烈，单一型人才不再满足市场要求，越来越需要适应时代背景的复合型人才。自2013年由中国国家主席习近平提出建设“新丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”政策以来。中国以昂扬的姿态不断取得双赢，迅猛发展，也为当代毕业生创造了许多机遇和挑战。商务英语系是培养与国际接轨的专业人才，商务英语专业毕业生应当顺应时代潮流，在此大环境下精准定位，合理完成就业。

Employment strategy of Business English graduates under the background of "one belt and one road"
ABSTRACT: With the continuous development of the world economy, China's economy is developing continuously. Competition in various industries is becoming more and more fierce. Single-type talents no longer meet the market requirements, and more and more complex talents are needed to adapt to the background of the times. Since Chinese President Xi Jinping put forward the policy of "New Silk Road Economic Belt" and "Marine Silk Road of the 21st Century" in 2013. With a high-spirited attitude, China has continuously achieved win-win and rapid development, which has also created many opportunities and challenges for contemporary graduates. Business English Department is to train professionals who are in line with international standards. Graduates of Business English major should conform to the trend of the times, accurately locate themselves in this environment and rationally complete their employment.

1 Introduction
The original "one belt and one road" refers to the road of economic development in the ancient Western Han Dynasty in China , when Emperor Wudi of Han Dynasty was sent Zhang Qian to the western region, starting from the then capital of Changan, crossing Central Asia to the Mediterranean region and taking Rome as the finishing line. As well as the sea trade route is earliest pioneering in the Qin and Han Dynasties in China, starting from coastal cities in China, through the South China Sea, the Indian Ocean, as far as the East Coast of Africa.With the continuous development of the world, the times are changing and replacing, people from the industrial age to the information age, and the formation of the world's multi-polarization, economic globalization and cultural diversity. The ancient "one belt and one way" has formed a very wide economic and trade belt. In 2013, on the basis of the ancient "along the way", Xi Jinping, President of China, put forward the cooperation proposal for building the new Silk Road Economic Belt and the maritime Silk Road in twenty-first Century. With the historical symbols of the ancient Silk Road, we actively developed bilateral or multilateral trade with the countries along the border, and set up a reliable economic platform for win-win cooperation to build political mutual trust. The community of interests, destiny and responsibility of economic integration and cultural inclusion. On March 28, 2015, the State Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued the Vision and Action for Promoting the Construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Marine Silk Road in the 21st Century. It aims to promote common progress and peaceful development of the global economy and civilization.
In the foreign cultural exchange, language is an important tool for communication. It is an important bridge connecting regions and regions and between countries. The use of English in the world is very important, especially for the cooperative policy of many region, many region and many Country linkage. On the basis of passing the pass of English language ability, there is more professional knowledge of international business management, understanding the international market situation, understanding the international market environment. In the international market, Business English graduates are more involved in many fields and play an irreplaceable role in these fields. The construction of "one belt and one way" economic region is an international policy. It needs a lot of talents and excellent builders in Business English department. For Business English graduates, there are many more jobs and international employment opportunities. Under the national strategy of vigorous development, they should learn to choose good prospects for development.
