浅谈无锡好时捷快运有限责任公司的库存管理
摘要：库存管理是企业在生产经营活动中十分重要组成部分，同时它是供应链管理中的非常核心的指标之一。库存管理使物流均衡通畅，既保证正常生产和供应，又能合理压缩库存资金，以得到较好的经济效果。因此，最佳库存是很多企业追求的目标，而且是企业之间竞争生存的重要一环。反映库存管理水平的指标有很多，多数企业一般都通过减少订货费用和库存保管费用来节约库存管理的成本，或者利用库存周转率来评价库存绩效，而忽视了缺货损失费对库存成本的影响，以及由于缺货所造成对顾客响应时间的延长和服务水平的下降，从而带来顾客资源的损失。本文以无锡好时捷快运有限责任公司为例，就该企业的库存管理现状进行相关研究，对其存在的问题加以分析总结并提出具体的对策建议，希望对该公司更好的控制库存提供一定的参考。

Analysis on the inventory management of Wuxi HERSHEY’S Czech Express limited liability company
Abstract: Inventory management is an important part of the production and business operation activities in the enterprise, and it is one of the very core indicators of supply chain management. Inventory management makes logistics equilibrium unobstructed, not only ensures the normal production and supply, but also reduces stock funds reasonablely and then gets good economic effect. Therefore, the inventory management is the target of many firms and economists, and is an important link of survival competition between enterprises. There are many index reflecting the level of inventory management, most enterprises are generally used by reducing order cost and inventory storage fee to save the cost of inventory management, or use the inventory turnover ratio to evaluate the performance, but ignore the impact of the shortage infulencing on the inventory cost, as well as due to the shortage, the response time to customers is extened and a decrease in the level of service, resulting in the loss of customer resources. This paper takes Wuxi HERSHEY’S Czech Express limited liability company , LTD as an example, gives related research on the status of its inventory management, analyzes the exsiting problems in its inventory management and then puts forward specific countermeasures, hopes to better control the inventory of the company and provide certain reference.
