（一）企业营运能力之含义
企业运营能力，它指的是公司经营资本的获益和效率。公司经营资本效率一般是指资本的周转速度或者周转率。公司经营资本效益一般指的是经营资本的应用效率，往往使用资本的产出和投入两者相互对比予以呈现。
它很大程度上决定了公司盈利与还债的能力，同时为更是公司总体财务分析的关键。构建与进一步推广高效、合适的公司评估指标，能够帮助公司营运活动指引方向，有利于公司找出营销差别，并且进一步追踪出现这一现象的主要因素，推动公司优化所有资本，积极提升经济盈利能力，而且能够为公司所有者、利益相关者决策予以参考，为政府宏观经济策略的制定提供重要根据。
（二）企业营运能力之指标
企业营运能力分析，它一般根据体现公司资本经营效率和获益的相关指标予以统计和深入分析，从而进一步评估公司经营水平，为公司增加经济利益指导明确的目标。它一般能够应用多种指标对经营水平予以深入分析，比如：固定资产周转率、流动资产周转率、总资产周转率等。同时，流动资产周转率这一指标包 含两个方面：存货周转率、应收账款周转率。
第一，总资产周转率。它指的是公司在某一段时间内，主营业务收益或者营销收益净利润与平均总资产的比值。它属于主要的指标，一般用于整体评估公司全部资产管理质量与应用效率，并且能够用于评判探查公司资产运营效率。它的速度和两个主要原因密切相关：流动资产与总资产比值，流动资产周转率。
第二，流动资产周转率。它指的是公司在某一段时期营销利益与流动资产平均余额两者的比值，能够用于评估公司的资产利用率。也可以用次数来表示。
第三，存货周转率。它指的是公司某一段时期内数额固定的储存货物占据资金循环周转的次数，或者占据其每次循环需要的天数。体现了公司存货资金和其周转营销成本两者的比值，同时是评估公司营销能力高低与存货数量合适的主要指标，而且是研究公司流动资本效率的主要根据。
第四，应收账款周转率。它指的是公司主营利益与应收账款两者的比率，能够充分体现应收账款的回收速度，通常应用周转次数进行表达。
第五，固定资产周转率。它指的是公司某一段时间内经营利益和平均固定资产产值两者的比率，能够用于评估固定资产的应用效率。
（三）企业营运能力之意义
1、能够协助公司所有者决定投资策略。企业营运能力分析，它发挥着十分关键的作用，尤其是对于公司的资金保全水平、资本获益水平、财务安全性，能够给执行有效正确的投资决定提供依据。公司资本结构和自身的安全程度紧密关联，公司资本流动程度如果相对较高，那么资本占据的比值相对较高，其资本折现能力更加强大，因此很难碰到资金困窘的情形，公司财务安全性也更加可靠。
