MDEMS-44光纤盒的数控加工工艺及编程
摘要：本论文主要对光纤盒的加工工艺进行分析，并且对光纤盒进行设计。通过光纤盒二维图的分析，对光纤盒的形状、尺寸、形位公差、表面粗糙度、零件的功能作用进行系统的整理。并且确定最优化的加工工艺路线。最终，使用 UG CAD CAM 软件进行造型设计，以及编写光纤盒数控加工程序。

The NC machining process and programming of MDEMS-44fiber box
Abstract: Analysis of the main processing technology of fiber boxes, and carries on the design to thefiber box.
Through the analysis of fiber box 2D map, the fibre box shape, size, shape and position tolerances, surface roughness of the parts of the function, system arrangement. Anddetermine the process route optimization. Finally, design using UG CAD CAM software, and the NC programming fiber box.
