基于NX软件的造型及车铣复合加工工艺与编程
摘要:随着社会的发展,机械制造技术得到广泛的应用。数控技术、机床技术以及各种加工工艺技术更是必不可少,其中车铣复合加工和数控加工中心在现代制造中发挥着重要作用。本文主要是设计由车铣复合数控机床加工零部件的设计过程。
本文是利用NX软件建立轴间连接件的模型,并对由车铣复合加工机床加工的连接件进行对加工工艺路线的选择制定。并且还涉及到肯纳金属NOVO的在线刀具选择,切削参数的选择和优化,车铣复合数控机床与普通数控加工中心的简单比较。通过识图,造型,工艺,计算,编程,对一个陌生零件从始至终的制造过程探索和理论性认识。

Modeling and machining process and programming based on NX software
Abstract: With the development of society, mechanical manufacturing technology has been widely used. The numerical control technology, the machine tool technology as well as each kind of processing technology are essential, in which the turning milling compound processing and the numerical control processing center are playing the vital role in the modern manufacture. In this paper, the design process of machining parts by turning milling CNC machine tools.
In this paper, NX software is used to establish the model of the shaft connector, and the selection of the machining process is carried out by the connection parts of the milling machine. It also relates to the online tool selection of Kenna NOVO, the selection and optimization of cutting parameters, and the simple comparison between turning and milling machine and CNC machining center. Through drawing, modeling, process, calculation, programming, manufacturing process and theoretical exploration of a new understanding of parts from beginning to end.
