按摩仪手柄塑料模具设计
摘要
这次设计的模具生产出的产品叫按摩仪手柄。在图书馆查阅相关书籍和网络上收集的资料以后对产品的功能和用处有了了解。在人们日益丰富的物质生活中，逐渐的对养生保健等产品产生了浓厚的兴趣，按摩仪，按摩椅等开始走向人们的日常生活中，缓解工作压力带来的身体上的疲劳。所以这几年来，按摩仪热销，办公室工作一族，中老年人群称为主要消费群体。
选择通过模具来生产按摩仪手柄的原因有：市场对于这个商品需求量大，需要制造商能及时的生产出大批量的产品。产品的精度要求高，按摩仪是由多个塑料零部件及电子元件组装而成的，在组合装配时对尺寸精度提出了严格的要求，模具生产出的产品具有一致性，可互换性，尺寸精确等优点。按摩仪采用材料外壳能降低产品的质量的同时还能节省成本，具体的说就是如果外壳采用金属，需要数控设备对外壳进行生产，生产每一个产品都会消耗多余的金属材料，还有附加的数控刀具的消耗，这些都是成本，关键是还效率很低。换用模具来生产不仅效率高而且产品原材料利用率高，就说留在主流道分流道内的凝料还可以循环利用，在下次生产要求的产品时还能作为原料使用。还有就是万一按摩仪上的哪个零部件坏了，还能及时的得到替换。
观察产品上并没有扣位，所以推断装配时依靠的是产品内部边缘的方形进行紧固安装的。所以这处的尺寸是有公差的，配合用的公差，采用过渡配合。

Abstract
The designed mould produces a product called massager handle.After consulting relevant books in the library and materials collected on the Internet, I have an understanding of the functions and usefulness of the products.In the increasingly rich material life, people gradually have a strong interest in health care and other products, such as massage instrument, massage chair began to People's Daily life, alleviate the physical fatigue caused by work pressure.So in the past few years, massage instrument hot sale, office workers, middle-aged and elderly people as the main consumer groups.
The reason why we choose to produce the massage instrument handle by mold is that there is a great demand for this product in the market and the manufacturer needs to produce a large number of products in time.The product precision request is high, the massage instrument is by many plastic parts and the electronic component assembly but becomes, in the combination assembly proposed the strict request to the dimensional accuracy, the product which the mold produces has the consistency, may exchange, the size is accurate and so on the merit.Massage instrument adopts material case can reduce the quality of the products at the same time also can save cost, specifically is if the outer metal, need CNC equipment for shell production, production of each product consumes extra metal materials, and the consumption of additional CNC cutting tools, these are the costs, the key is also very low efficiency.Using molds to produce not only high efficiency but also high utilization rate of raw materials, it is said that the coagulant left in the main flow in the bypass can also be recycled, in the next production requirements of the product can also be used as raw materials.
What's more, in case any part of the massager breaks, it can be replaced in time.
There is no buckle on the product, so it is inferred that the assembly relies on the square of the inner edge of the product for fastening and installation.So there is a tolerance for the size here, for the fit, for the transition fit.

1.模具工艺的重要性
现代工业发展离不开模具，模具和其他行业相辅相成。模具是制件之父，工艺是产品之母。好的产品依赖好的模具，优质的模具依赖良好的加工工艺。产品的外观由模具型腔决定，加工工艺直接决定了模具质量是否达到标准。从这一点上就可以说明工艺在生产管理中的重要性，因为工艺能够保障产品的一致性，换句通俗易懂的话，就是每个产品尺寸是否在允许范围内看的是加工工艺的好坏。模具生产企业千千万，有些默默无闻，有些成了行业标杆。了解到这些具有优势竞争力的企业，发现他们都对工艺都会重视。模具制造领域的进步也促使了挑剔的消费者对产品的要求越来越高，要求耐用，美观，没有注塑痕迹。为此如何缩短产品生产周期，提升产质量是当务之急，是急切的摆在模具企业面前的难题。采用三维软件进行注塑前的模拟，能降低成本和风险。
不少企业对工艺认识都有偏差，错误的理解主要存在以下两方面：1.工艺类的相关文件，可有可无，对生产不起到影响。主要是模具能生产出来就行。2.对待工艺的态度不严谨，就打个比方，模具温度工艺单上要求误差在±5度，但实际操作上，正负10度都可以，可很多工厂认为这个无所谓。这些都是典型的错误思想。机器可以提高加工工艺，但是但是首先纠正错误思想是最重要的。脑子里不认可工艺的重要性，那就无法彻底保障产品质量稳定。工艺分析技术能够缩短产品在生产之前的调试时间。凭借着这一优势，能够将产品设计有效率的定型，缩短产品上市时间，降低模具相关方面的费用。
