对无锡市皇宴大酒店货币资金管理问题的探讨
本文通过对无锡市皇宴大酒店货币资金核算情况的调查，结合所学知识，对其货币资金管理方面出现的预算不够科学，内部控制不够完善，收入和支出环节控制比较薄弱，交易成本过高等问题，做出具体地分析，提出了建立货币资金的预算制度，完善货币资金的内部控制制度，建立收入和支出环节的内部控制制度，通过网上银行降低公司的交易成本，实行统一财务管理，防范资金风险等措施。使公司的货币资金能得到有效地管理，公司能够持续健康地发展。同时我还要进一步加强学习，与时俱进，不断更新知识和观念，以适应新形势下新的工作
和要求，百尺竿头、更进一步，为本局发展作出自己应有的贡献。
