摘要：按照马克思的观点生产是以一定生产关系联系起来的人们利用劳动资料，改变劳动对象，以适合人们需要的过程。生产是人类从事的最基本的活动，是社会财富的主要来源，是企业创造价值、获取利润的主要环节。生产管理是指以产品的生产过程为对象的管理。本文《杰斯特宠物用品有限公司生产管理业务流程改进分析》，首先从生产管理的内涵，根据生产管理先进的发展趋势，并结合杰斯特公司的实际生产情况，深入分析杰斯特公司存在的生产管理的一系列问题，并提出一定的解决方法。从而树立正确的生产管理新观念、加强生产管理中的成本控制、生产管理应适应外部经济环境的变化、打破家族式生产管理模式、进行合理的业务分工以降低生产成本等来优化生产管理系统，从而增加公司在大环境下的竞争优势。

Abstract：According to Marx's point of view, production is the process of using labor data to change the working objects to fit the needs of people.Production is the most basic activity of human being. It is the main source of social wealth. It is the main link to create value and profit.Production management refers to the production process of the product as the object of management.Production management process of the "Jester pet Co. Ltd. Improvement Analysis > first of all from the connotation of production management, according to the development trend of advanced production management, combined with Jester company's actual production situation, in-depth analysis of the jester company existing production management of a series of problems, and puts forward some solving methods. So as to set up the correct production management new ideas, strengthen production management cost control and production management should adapt to changes in the external economic environment, break the family mode of production management, rational division of work to reduce production cost and to optimize the production management system, thereby increasing the company under the environment of competitive advantage Potential.
