摘要:在当今疲软的世界经济影响下,传统的中小企业遭受巨大的打击。随着经济全球化的发展,跨境电子商务作为推动经济一体化、促进贸易全球化的技术基础,具有非常重要的战略意义。跨境电子商务不仅能打破国家间的窒碍,使国家与国家之间的贸易走向无国界的贸易,而且能引起世界经济贸易的巨大变革。对于企业来说,跨境电子商务可以减少企业对线下基础设施的投入,减少企业成本,增加企业的市场机会,所以利用跨境电子商务寻求突破是未来企业的发展趋势。然而,我国中小企业在进行跨境电子商务活动中遇到不少瓶颈,如网络安全性低,人才缺乏等等。因此,跨境电子商务与中小企业的结合对于中小企业占领国际市场具有重要意义。?

The Study of the Reasons and Methods for the Use of Cross-border E-commerce About?Small and Medium-sized Enterprises
 
Abstract: Under the influence of the weak world economy, the traditional small and medium-sized enterprises have suffered a huge blow. With the development of economic globalization, cross-border e-commerce, as the technology basis for promoting economic integration and trade globalization, has a very important strategic significance. Cross-border e-commerce can not only break through barriers between countries, make international trade without borders, but also cause great changes in world economic and trade. For more enterprises, cross-border e-commerce can reduce investment in offline infrastructure, save business costs and increase business opportunities. Therefore, seeking breakthroughs in cross-border e-commerce is the trend of future development of enterprises. However, small and medium-sized enterprises in China have encountered many bottlenecks in cross-border e-commerce activities, such as low network security, lack of talent and so on.Therefore, the combination of cross-border e-commerce and SMEs(Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) is of great significance for SMEs to occupy the international market.

1Introduction
1.1The background of subject selection
In the 21st century, as the world entered the era of information economy, the new information economy, with the main characteristics of network and e-commerce, swept all walks of life in the world and restructured the world economic landscape. With the development of the world economic integration, the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country are gradually taking steps to enter the international market. In the context of economic globalization, information is crucial to the economic activities of enterprises. As a new type of trade mode and sales channel, cross-border e-commerce has become an important standard to measure the international competitiveness of a country. 
Due to the impact of the financial crisis in 2008, the growth rate of China’s import and export trade has shown a clear downward trend since 2010.Due to a series of unfavorable factors such as rising costs, the export prospects of China's traditional foreign trade are worrisome. Traditional small and medium-sized (also known as SMEs) foreign trade companies have suffered a huge blow. 
With the increasing complexity of the import and export trade environment, the traditional export and foreign trade development mode has no advantage and can’t cope with the current complex international economic situation. SMEs must find a new form of foreign trade suitable for today's international trade market. In this form, cross border e-commerce combines computer network technology with modern business activities, and gradually rises with the obvious advantages of less intermediate links, lower prices and higher profit margins.  
1.2 The significance of subject selection
Whether it is for China or for the world, it is an important issue to study the use of cross-border e-commerce by small and medium-sized enterprises. Countries around the world are very concerned about the development of small and medium-sized businesses. 
According to the related research report, the proportion of the gross production of small and medium-sized enterprises to the gross economic product of each country is increasing year by year. In the current complex and challenging foreign trade situation, the traditional mode of foreign trade has excessive reliance on traditional consumer sale, the buyer needs closure, long order cycles, and low profit margins, all of which restrict the development of  small and medium-sized enterprises import and export trade. In recent years, with the continuous development of Internet technology, e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce have also developed rapidly. With the increasingly fierce competition in the international market, the real problem that the small and medium enterprises need to face is how to survive and develop better in this tide. In this background, our country more and more small and medium-sized enterprises have joined the ranks of electronic commerce and cross-border e-commerce. Therefore, this paper will play an active role in the future of China's economy by studying the way that small businesses develop cross-border e-commerce, it will have a positive effect on our economy in the future.
