基于自我学习的铁路枢纽引导标识研究
摘  要:提出了自我学习理论下的引导标识的设计理念,并以此设计了学习型引导标识,通过实验的方法验证学习型引导标识与通常情况下标识的区别与联系,最后得出通过新型引导标识设计理念设计出的引导标识要比普通的引导标识能起到更为优越的引导效果。

0引言
随着我国铁路技术的进步,铁路作为一种快速、大运量、安全的交通方式也越来越被人们所青睐。随之而来的客流疏散、引导、换乘等却成了铁路枢纽不可避免的问题,引导标识作为旅客向导服务信息系统重要组成部分成为组织客流的重要手段。引导标识多种多样并且具有很强的地理信息特征,随着信息量和信息重要性的增加,诱导标识在环境中的作用也越来越重要。当然诱导标识也不是越多越好,大量的信息往往会带来模糊和混乱。另外,表达方式也是一个重要的因素,如果信息的表达方式不能让人们接收,也会导致交流的障碍和理解错误,使得交通参与者不能在适当的时间和地点获得所需要的关键信息。特别是在人群大量集中的铁路枢纽,往往很多地方的引导信息传达都不够准确,或者甚至没有引导标识[1]。尤其是缺乏对旅客本身角度考虑不够充分,以致于出行者不能及时有效的找到本人所需信息达到快速疏散换乘的效果。虽然国内在铁路枢纽引导标识方面设计不少,但大部分枢纽站进行的引导标设计都不够深入和系统,也没有对旅客学习特性进行研究,故不能充分发挥有效的诱导和指引。国外的轨道交通比国内发展的早,对标识设计继而也比国内早开始,这些国家已有很多宝贵经验值得学习。国外研究中很多围绕标识字体、色彩、排版等展开,结论也可以看作一种标识设计手册[2][3][4]。
本文提出来一种新型的引导标识设计理念并初步设计出自我学习型引导标识,使旅客能够迅速得到所需信息,并且得到的信息既简洁又具有连续性和完整性,减少旅客在枢纽中的滞留时间,缓解了交通资源的压力,从而达到快速出站换乘的作用。
1自我学习型引导标识理念
旅客在通过引导标识引导的过程中其实也存在一种自我的学习,虽然国内在铁路枢纽引导标识方面设计不少,但对于旅客学习特性的研究不多,而能使旅客通过自我学习了解部分引导信息来掌握全局信息和引导模式的设计更是知之甚少。因此本文提出了自我学习型引导标识理念。旅客根据部分引导标识,如两块或三块或更多的标识进行综合的归纳、理解和吸收,找到各个引导标识之间的联系和规律,不断的强化并自我指导,从而能够了解整个枢纽的引导标识系统。旅客阅读标识的过程,是一个学习的过程:在整个标识系统的大环境下,前面的标识反复对旅客进行刺激,产生知觉,进而引起旅客对标识系统的思维变化,对后面标识的识别产生影响。它重在旅客对于引导方式的认知逐步加深,并从旅客的心理学角度进行分析,摒弃了以往仅仅从视觉角度出发而没有考虑到旅客的心理接收能力和信息收集、学习、消化能力的观念。在自我学习中,旅客将连续设置的引导标识抽象成一种“知觉语言”,旅客能够轻松的读懂它并与其进行“交流”。
自我学习型引导标识有以下几个特点:
(1)高效学习性。旅客能通过色觉、符号统一的设计和适当的重复,以及自我学习标识设计思想,快速理解到所看到的信息。
(2)自我指导性。旅客能够根据已经历的部分引导信息的经验,去快速发现和理解尚未看到的引导信息,以达到快速离站、换乘等目的。
(3)层次分明性。标识对旅客进行逐级分层引导,信息逐步细化,并在同一层次上根据旅客“学习”需要适当重复。
(4)人性化设计。引导标识的布设间距,图符,文字大小根据旅客心理进行设计,包括信息吸收消化时间、记忆遗忘时间和规律等。
