连杆螺钉加工工艺及工装设计
摘要
本文主要介绍在中批量生产的要求下，编写零件的数控加工过程和步骤。它主要包括零件图的分析、工艺分析、加工设备的选择及其技术数、制定加工工艺、填写工艺文件、刀具调整图、工艺过程卡、编程尺寸的计算和加工程序的编制。
本设计内容包括机械加工工艺和工装设计的基本知识和基本理论、典型零件加工工艺的分析等。数控加工工艺与编程的研究宗旨是如何科学的、最优地设计加工工艺和加工程序，充分的发挥数控机床的特点，实现在数控加工中的优质、高产和低耗。

The design process and the connecting rod mounting screws
Abstract
This paper mainly introduces in the requirements of mass production, preparation of NC machining process and steps of parts. It mainly includes parts of the analysis, process analysis, processing equipment selection and technology, making process, process file and tool adjustment, process card, dimension programming calculation and processing procedure of preparation.
This design includes the basic knowledge of mechanical processing technology and tooling design and the basic theory, the typical parts processing technology analysis, etc.. The research aim of NC machining technology and programming is how science, optimal design processing technology and processing procedures, full play the characteristics of CNC machine tools, the implementation in NC machining of high quality, high yield and low cost.

1零件的分析
连接螺钉共有3组加工表面，它们之间有一定的位置要求，具体分述如下：
1.以Φ45和Φ34为中心的加工表面。这一组加工表面包括：
所有外圆及倒角、退刀槽、两端面。
2.以Φ45为中心的加工表面。主要包括：Φ45上的削边。
3. M30×2-6g加工表面。主要包括： 2-Φ6孔。
这3组加工表面之间有着一定的位置要求，具体如下：
Φ45外圆侧面与Φ34有垂直度要求跳动0.015mm，M30×2-6g螺纹与Φ34跳动公差为0.04mm；
Φ34圆度与圆柱度公差为008mm
由以上分析可知，对于这3组加工表面而言，可以先加工其中一组表面，然后再加工其他两组表面，并保证它们之间的位置精度要求。
