浅析常熟市振达物贸有限公司营运能力问题及对策
摘要：随着经济的不断发展，国内外企业竞争愈演愈烈，中小小企业的发展面临严重威胁。对企业来说，营运能力是企业发展中排在首位的问题，也是企业发展的关键核心要素。通过分析本公司的各项营业能力指标，大致了解常熟市物贸有限公司的营运现状，从中发现营业体系中的问题并探究解决策略，提高营运能力有利于企业管理当局改善经营管理。

Analysis on the problems and Countermeasures of operation ability of Changshou City Zhenda Trading Co. Ltd.
Abstract: With the continuous development of economy, the competition of domestic and foreign enterprises becomes more and more fierce, and the development of small and medium sized enterprises is facing serious threat. For enterprises, operating capacity is the most important issue in the development of enterprises, but also the core of the development of enterprises. Through the analysis of the current business of each business ability index, we can have a general understanding of operating status of Changshu City zhenda Trading Co., Ltd.Then,we can find the problems in operating system and explore the solutions to the strategy, Bring up operating capacity can help the enterprise management authorities to improve the operation and management.
