中天宽带技术有限公司仓储管理业务分析
摘要：随着物流的不断发展，仓储管理越来越受到企业的重视。在物流过程中，没有仓储就不能解决生产集中性与消费的问题，也不能解决商品季节性与顾客常年消费的矛盾。因此，仓储管理在物流的过程中占有着重要的地位。
本文分析了我国仓储管理方面的现状以及存在的问题，结合中天宽带技术有限公司的仓储管理实例，对公司仓储管理业务进行分析，发现公司在仓储管理方面存在的问题，并针对其问题提出解决方法，从而提高公司的工作效率。

Abstract:with the continuous development of logistics management,warehousing enterprises pay more and more attention.In the process of logistic,no storage will not resolve the problem the concentrated production and consumption,also cannot solve the contradiction between seasonal goods and customer annual consumption.There ,the storage management in the process of logistics occupies an important position.
This paper analysis the current situation and existing problems of our country warehousing management, combined with Broadband Technology Co., Ltd. ZTT storage management instance, carries on the analysis to the company warehouse management business, found company in warehouse management aspects of the existing problems, and puts forward the methods to solve the problems, so as to improve the work efficiency of the company.
