华商物流仓储管理信息化分析
摘要：随着社会经济的发展和工业生产的加速，仓库的进出更为频繁，仓库信息更为重要。传统仓库管理完全由人来完成，以手工记录为主，当企业的物流业务成长到一定规模之后，随着订单数量的增加，客户需求不断个性化，执行效率就成为物流发展的瓶颈，单纯依靠人力资源的增加已不能提升出入库执行的速度，反而带来成本的大幅度上升与差错频频。一个高效的仓储中心将是取得竞争优势和获得更高利润的关键。客户对这些大型仓储与配送中心的作业效率，准确率，响应速度，作业量以及个性化的需求等提出了更高的要求。在现代化的仓库管理模式中，从先进技术的应用到作业流程的管理，货物的入库到接单配送等各个环节，信息技术及管理系统的应用已成为现代化仓库的重要支柱。因此，本文通过对华商物流现状的调查，了解了其仓储管理信息化的现状，分析了其仓储管理信息化中存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出了自己的优化策略。

Information analysis of Huashang lolgistics warehouse management
Abstract: With the accelerated development of the social economy and industrial production, warehouse in and out are more frequent, warehouse information is more important. The traditional warehouse management is done by people, with manual recording. With the increase of the order number, when the growth of the logistics business of the enterprise increases to a certain size and customer demand is personalized, efficiency becomes the bottleneck of logistics development. Relying solely on the increase of human resources has not ascend the speed of storage execution, but it brings the cost increased significantly and error frequently. An efficient storage center will be the key to gain competitive advantage and obtain higher profits. Customers have more higher requirements on the operation efficiency, accuracy, response speed, operation volume and the customers’personalized requirements of these large-scale warehousing and distribution center. In the modern warehouse management mode, from the application of advanced technology to the work flow management, from the indoor operation of goods in the warehouse to receiving the order and distributing, the application of information technology and management system has become an important pillar in a modern warehouse. Therefore, .the article investigates the present situation of Huashang Logistics Co., LTD, knows ahout the present situation of its information technology solutions of warehouse management, analyzes the existing problems in its information technology solutions of warehouse management and then puts forward some optimization strategies.
