江苏省百岁园公司企业物流模式选择分析
摘要：健康产业是一有巨大市场潜力的新兴企业。随着社会发展和人们生活水平的普遍提高，以及人类生活方式的改变，健康产品的需求量急剧增加。以生物技术和生命科学为先导，涵盖医疗卫生、营养保健、健身休闲等健康服务功能的健康产业成为21世纪引导全球经济发展和社会进步的重要产业。在发达国家，健康产业已经成为带动整个国民经济增长的强大动力，健康行业增加值占GDP比重超过15%，而在我国，健康产业仅占中国国民生产总值的4%～5%，低于许多发展中国家。健康企业是我国国民经济发展的体现,运作模式是第三方物流企业为实现物流服务定位而建立的一整套运作体系。适合的运作模式对于第三方物流企业获得稳定的客户群体,在激烈的市场竞争中生存和发展有着重要的意义。如何有效地在供应链中使用准时化采购，充分发挥现代物流在降低物资消耗、提高劳动生产率方面的作用，众多企业纷纷寻求适合自身的物流运作模式。文章通过对百岁园物流的分析，指出了其在运作过程中的优势和缺陷，从而得到百岁园物流对企业在物流运作模式选择方面的启示。

Jiangsu Province Baisuiyuan Enterprise Logistics Mode Selection Analysis
Abstract：Health industry is a huge market potential of the emerging enterprises. With the general increase in social development and people's living standards, and changes in human lifestyle, the demand for health products has increased dramatically. Biotechnology and life sciences as the guide, covering health, nutrition and health, fitness and recreation and other health services for the health industry into the 21st century to guide the global economic development and social progress in an important industry. In developed countries, the health industry has become a driving force of the national economy growing strong, healthy line of industry accounts for more than 15% of GDP, while in China, the health industry accounted for only 4% to 5% of China's GDP, lower than many developing countries. Health Enterprises is a manifestation of our national economy, mode of operation is a set of operating system, third-party logistics companies to realize the logistics service orientation established. Appropriate mode of operation for third-party logistics enterprises to obtain a stable customer base, in the fierce market competition in the survival and development of great significance. How to effectively use the time of purchase in the supply chain, give full play to modern logistics to reduce material consumption, improve the role of labor productivity, many companies are seeking for their own logistics operation. Through analysis of the logistics park of hundred, it points out its strengths and weaknesses in the operation of the process, resulting in a hundred park revelation logistics enterprises in the logistics of the operation mode selection.
