论宿迁居佳科技发展有限公司融资问题存在的问题与对策
内容摘要：在现在我国的中小企业迅猛发展的态势下，它在我国社会经济发展中的重要性也越来的越突出，这部分力量的壮大不但能够有效的使我国现阶段的就业压力得到缓解，更是能为社会主义经济建设奠定扎实的基础。因此，中小企业能否健康发展不仅关系着它们自身的存亡，也涉及到整个国家的发展问题。本文以宿迁居佳科技有限公司融资的难题为例，见微知著，引发对目前中小企业融资难问题的思考。来探寻针对性的解决方法。分别从我国金融机构和政府以及中小民营企业自己三个角度对什么原因导致中小民营企业融资难的问题展开严谨的分析。与我国现今国情相紧密结合，探讨如何快速有效准确的解决中小民营企业融资难问题，当然这不能只依靠一个部门，也不能在不长的时间内彻底的解决，这就要求我们政府、金融机构和中小民营企自己携手拼搏，只有这样，才能快速有效的解决中小民营企业融资难的问题。

Content abstract:The rapid development of SMEs in China at this stage, in China's social and economic development has become increasingly prominent role, not only can effectively alleviate the employment pressure in China at the present stage, the number of large and wide distribution will become the main force of China's foreign exchange earnings. Through the analysis of the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized private enterprises, to find an effective way to solve the problem. The general situation of the financing of small and medium-sized private enterprises, the main way of financing and its main performance. This paper analyzes the causes of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized private enterprises from three aspects of financial institutions, government and enterprises themselves. Combined with the current situation of our country, the main countermeasures to solve the financing problems of small and medium-sized private enterprises are discussed. To solve the problem of small and medium-sized private enterprises financing difficulties, is not to rely on just one sector, could not be solved in a short time completely, it needs the joint efforts of the government, banks and small and medium-sized private enterprises, from the mechanism, system and other aspects to seek a solution, only in this way, in order to effectively solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized private enterprises the problem.
