事故车车身修复工艺设计
摘要:汽车工业作为我国的支柱产业,发展日新月异,深入到社会生活的各个领域,汽车技术的发展,新材料广泛使用,都使现代汽车与传统汽车有巨大的差距,这样也给现代汽车碰撞维修带来新的难题。自1940年前后出现无梁结构汽车以来,为适应汽车行业的经济性、环保性的需求,各种汽车的车身钢板重量越来越轻,钢板厚度越来越薄材料的合金成分越来越复杂。现代轿车大都采用无骨架承载式车身,发生碰撞后,车身变形较为严重,在车身的维修过程中,车身数据的测量、车身拉伸修复及应力消除是在钣金工工作中经常遇到的问题。

The Repairing Process Design of Accident Car Body
Abstract: Auto industry as a pillar industry of our country, the rapid development and deep into every field of social life, the development of automobile technology, new material widely used, make modern cars and traditional car there is a huge gap, it also bring new problems to modern car collision repair. Since no car beam structure appeared before and after 1940, in order to adapt to the needs of the economy, environmental protection of the automotive industry, all kinds of automobile body sheet is more and more light weight, thickness of steel plate is more and more thin, material of the alloy composition is more and more complex. Modern cars are mostly using frameless monocoque body, after the collision, the deformation of car body is relatively serious, in the process of car maintenance, car body measuring data, body stretching repair and stress relief is often encountered problem in the sheet metal work.
