浅析德邦物流管理存在的问题分析及发展策略
摘要： 本文将从德邦物流目前的发展现状开始，层层分析德邦物流发展中存在的诸多问题。实现将互联网、电子商务与德邦物流的直营模式完美契合来改变德邦物流的传统模式所带来的管理难度大、信息传达慢的问题。通过对德邦物流派送与接货的时效问题分析，找出了全程时效管理体系的解决方案。加盟趋势如火如荼，德邦物流唯有在做大做强的直营模式上再添一剂，推行事业合伙人方能弥补传统物流发展的缺陷。全文以德邦物流发展为例，分析德邦物流近几年的发展趋势进而确定物流行业未来的发展方向。

Abstract: This article will start from the current development status of gravels logistics, layer upon layer analysis and gravels many problems existing in the development of logistics. Realize the Internet, e-commerce and gravels of retail logistics model fit to change the traditional model of gravels logistics management is difficult, slow information brought by the problem. Through the gravels logistics delivery and receiving aging problem analysis, find out the whole prescription management system solutions. Joining trend in full swing, and gravels logistics only in bigger and stronger marketing mode, add another agent for business partners in order to make up for the defect of traditional logistics development. Based on gravels logistics development as an example, this paper analysis and gravels in recent years, in turn, determine the development trend of logistics industry development direction in the future.
