叉车用道依茨柴油发动机常见故障诊断及检修
摘要：道依茨柴油机是德国DEUTZ公司具有世界先进水平的著名柴油机之一，道依茨柴油机具有结构简便，维护方便等优点。论文从柴油机的发展史，柴油机结构与工作原理，道依茨柴油机的应用，道依茨柴油机的常见故障与实例分析五部分分别论述。对道依茨柴油机的发展史和它的工作原理做了研究和介绍。针对道依茨柴油机结构和故障诊断与排除等方面进行研究。报告对柴油机的发展现状，提交了对柴油机的缺陷与整改措施，针对道依茨柴油机的一些故障进行了详细的调查与分析，总结出如何快速判断出故障的本质问题所在并加以维护和修理。本文内容较为详细，具有很强的针对性、实用性和操作指导性。对道依茨发动机的使用者、维修服务人员及从业柴油机行业的人员来说能起到一定的参考指导的作用。

Forklift Truck With DEUTZ Diesel Engine Fault Diagnosis and Repair
Abstract: DEUTZ diesel engine is Germany DEUTZ company has one of the most famous diesel engine of the world's advanced level, DEUTZ diesel engine has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance. This paper from the history of diesel engine, diesel engine structure and working principle of the application of DEUTZ diesel engine, DEUTZ diesel engine is the common faults of five parts, respectively, discussed with instance analysis.In this paper the development of DEUTZ diesel engine and did research and introduces its working principle. In view of the DEUTZ in accordance with, the diesel engine structure and failure diagnosis and elimination and so on were studied. Report the developmental status of diesel engine, submitted to the defect of diesel engine and corrective actions, some for DEUTZ diesel engine fault has carried on the detailed investigation and analysis, summarized how to quickly determine the fault and maintenance and repair of the nature of the problem. In this paper, a detailed contents, have very strong pertinence, practicability and operational guidance. The way in accordance with DEUTZ engine users, the service personnel and for diesel engine industry personnel can have the effect of a certain reference guide.

第一节 柴油机的发展史
一、柴油机的诞生
鲁道夫·狄塞尔（Rudolf Diesel，1856-1913），如图1-1所示。狄塞尔1856年在出生法国巴黎，父母是德国移民。1870年普发战争爆发后，他移居到德国奥格斯堡的叔叔家，在那里他就读职业学校。1875年，他进入慕尼黑科技大学学习，5年后以第一名的成绩毕业并返回巴黎从事制冷专业。在工作中，他深感蒸汽机的效率低下，于是萌发了设计新型发动机的念头。1890年他回到柏林,很快,他建立了一个由氨气引擎和研究,但不幸的是，发动机的爆炸几乎杀了他。他出院后继续工作，并在1893年发表了著名的论文《取代现有蒸气发动机和内燃发动机的合理的热发动机理论和设计》，在论文中他提出了定压加热循环原理（即“狄塞尔”循环），并申请了专利。
