关于西餐就餐礼仪的研究
摘要：如今已经是21世纪了，改革开放政策为中国的发展带来了越来越多国际贸易，国家的经济得到了大力的发展，国家的政治地位也得到了很大提高。中外交流日益密切，越来越多的外国友人愿意来中国感受我们的文化，中国也会派人去进行经济交流，参加一些跨国企业的合作。国际间的交流也越来越密切，难免会需要参加一些西餐晚宴，因此，西餐礼仪就极具重要性，也越来越需要被大众所熟知。本文通过分点讨论的方法来叙述，通过就餐前所需注意的穿着以及预约，就餐时的坐姿，西餐的上菜顺序，餐具的使用，不同食物的各种吃法，交谈祝酒以及一些意外情况的紧急处理来研究西餐的就餐礼仪。

Study on the Western Dining Etiquette
Abstract: Now it is the 21st century. The reform and opening-up policy has brought more and more international trade to China's development. The country's economy has been vigorously developed, and the country's political status has been greatly improved. Chinese and foreign exchanges are increasingly close. More and more foreign friends are willing to come to China to experience our culture. China will also send people to conduct economic exchanges and participate in cooperation with some multinational companies.International communication is getting closer and closer, it will inevitably be necessary to participate in some Western dinners. Therefore, Western etiquette is of great importance and needs to be more and more familiar to the public. This article is described by means of point-by-point discussion, through the preparation and attention of the premeal, the sitting position at the time of eating, Western food order, use of tableware, different ways of eating different foods, talking about toasting and some unexpected situations and emergency treatment

1 Introduction
In many European countries, all food-related things are highly valued because it offers two admirable aesthetic enjoyments – one for food and the other for conversation. When we attend a business dinner, in addition to the combination of delicious wine and various kinds of food, it is also important to use the right knife and fork and pour the wine correctly, relax our body and mind, enjoy the food and the surrounding environment, as well as the elegant and correct dining etiquette. When we eat western food, we do so in large part to enjoy an emotion: we need a marble fireplace with a sense of age, an elegant silver candlestick, a sparkling crystal lamp, a bottle of intoxicating wine, and people's charming and decent behavior, which is simply a beautiful picture. In order to be more proficient in the first taste of western food, to be familiar with these dining etiquette is worth.
一、选题简介、意义
With the development of the times, western culture and catering are gradually introduced into China. For those of us who are about to enter the society, table manners are very important. It is not only to meet physiological needs, but also an important social experience. Compared with Chinese etiquette, western etiquette is different. In order to prevent rudeness, we must understand and master the dining etiquette of western food.

This thesis focuses on the etiquette of western food. It concentrates on the etiquette issues that need to be paid attention to from beginning of the meal to the end of the meal. The thesis in detail analyses the precautions of eating, and gives the corresponding practices, reducing unnecessary defects.
Research approach:
1. Choose an appropriate topic.
2. Collect relative material on the Internet, in the library and from the books I have studied.
3. Keep in touch with the instructor during the writing process and polish the drafts.
