畅通精密机械有限公司成本管理的研究
摘要：伴随着当代的高科技的大范围的使用，已渐渐的产业化、电脑自动化以及信息化。再加上现如今的完善的质量管理的体系，以至于在对企业的成本计算工作带来了巨大的冲击力，因此，成本和费用管理逐渐成为企业管理的主要内容。在当今具有激烈竞争环境的市场中，公司持续实现利润最大化是必然趋势。然而还是存着着一些企业的财务核算的水准还达不到当今社会经济的发展水平。特别是在企业的成本费用核算这一方面，存在最为严重的问题。想要在当前的金融危机中生存，这就要求企业必须加强对成本费用的控制，并且强化对资金的正确管理，改善资源的配置问题，以至于能够发挥出企业的潜力。企业如果要改善好有关成本费用管理工作，可以通过发掘出成本费用管理中的潜藏问题，针对其建立出有效以及良性的控制体系，要根据多方面来思考成本费用控制工作中的问题。
本文拟从四个方面探究我国近几年成本与费用的控制方法问题与对策。第一部分主要阐述关于成本管理的基本概念与相关理论。第二部分主要分析畅通精密机械有限公司的成本管理。第三部分就目前畅通精密机械有限公司的成本管理提出建议。

Research on cost Management of Changtong Precision Machinery Co., Ltd
Abstract：With the wide use of contemporary high-tech, it has gradually become industrialized, computer automation and information technology. In addition, the current perfect quality management system has brought tremendous impact on the cost calculation of enterprises, so the cost management has slowly become the main content of enterprise management. In the current market with tense competition environment, it is an inevitable trend for enterprises to continuously pursue the maximization of profits. However, there are still some enterprises whose financial accounting level is not up to the current level of social and economic development. Especially in the aspect of cost accounting of enterprises, the problems are the most serious. In order to survive the current financial crisis, it requires enterprises to strengthen the cost control, and strengthen the correct management of funds, improve the allocation of resources, so as to play the potential of enterprises. If an enterprise wants to improve the cost management, it can find out the hidden problems in cost management and establish an effective and benign control system. It should consider the problems in cost control in many ways.
This paper intends to explore the problems and Countermeasures of cost and cost control methods in China in recent years from four aspects. The first part mainly elaborates that cost and expense are the basis of controlling the survival and development of enterprises. The second part mainly elaborates the formation and significance of cost and expense. The third part studies the problems of enterprise cost and cost control. The fourth part mainly elaborates the main measures of cost and cost control.
This paper attempts to explore the control methods and countermeasures of cost and expense in China in recent years from four aspects. The first part mainly describes the basic concepts and related theories of cost management. The second part mainly analyzes the cost management of Changtong Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. The third part puts forward some suggestions on the cost management of unblocked Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.

一、引言
（一）背景与意义
企业的一切活动均以盈利为目的，以控制成本最小化基础手段，利润最大化为最终目标，以能够使企业持续稳定的经营。随着改革的深入和在市场经济体制运行下，我国的企业的自生素质和管理水平已有很大进步。但是根据成本管理方面的调查结果来看，依然有一些企业的成本还在保持原样，没有减少，缺乏市场的竞争力和盈利空间，严重影响着企业的发展。因此降低企业成本是目前企业目前面临的重要问题，同时，减少企业成本也是企业盈利的有效方法之一。
成本管理就一个企业而言，成本管理是企业管理的重要组成部分之一，因此非常重要。它要求系统而全面、科学和合理，它对于促进企业资源最大化，控制成本，加强经济核算，改进企业管理，使企业获得最大利润继而能持续稳定的持续发展具有重大的意义。
（二）研究的内容与方法
本文以畅通精密机械有限公司为例，主要研究的是当前企业对成本管理的重视程度，以及成本管理在每个企业中所得到的应用。并对该企业的成本管理进行分析、探讨、继而在实际运行当中发现其不足之处和其错误的地方。并说出其为啥存在错误的原因，并就其提出合理化的建议。
本文主要以文献综述法为主要研究方法。通过去图书馆查阅在成本管理方面比较著名的大家的作品进行研读继而学习掌握，然后根据自己目前所处的企业进行实际对比。发现其不足之处。最后提出合理的成本管理方面的建议。同时在这过程中也运用了一些实地考察法还有数据比对分析法等等一系列的研究方法。
