浅谈中西方饮食文化的差异
摘要：随着经济全球化进程的加快，我国对外的交流也越来越多。在这些磨合的过程中，我们发现了许多的中西方文化差异。这造成了我国与他国交流中的矛盾与不和，正如老话所说，一件事都有双面性，然而也促进了双方的相互学习和进步。这个现象也告诉了我们了解中西方文化差异的重要性。饮食是人类生活、生存发展的必需，中西方都不例外。本篇文章主要是从中西方饮食文化的差异角度浅谈中西方文化的差异，从而使我们深层次的了解中西方文化的差异，甚至于促进中西方文化的接纳融合。

The Differences between Chinese and Western Dietary Culture
Abstract: With the rapid development of economic globalization, the interferon of our country with other countries becomes more and more, during these interferon, we find out a lot of difference during Chinese and Western culture, it make a lot of every nutshell has a concave and convex side, it also promote our study and progress by these differences. It also tell us an important truth that we have to learn about the difference of Chinese and Western culture as soon as possible by this phenomenon. Diet is absolutely essential in the life of mankind, and even in the existence or development, with no exception in China and West. This article is mainly talk about Chinese and Western culture by a point that is dietary, so we can know Chinese and Western culture deeply, even make all of us who is in the world become more and more harmonious, and accept each other easier.
