建设新农村应提高农民法律意识
【内容摘要】 在社会主义新农村建设中法制建设是一项重要任务。由于经济发展的不平衡和传统法律文化深厚的影响，广大农村仍然存在着农民法律意识与现代市场经济和现代法治不和谐的现象，这直接阻滞着新农村的建设。我们要高度重视农民法律意识和法律素质的提高，培养新型农民，为积极推进社会主义新农村建设服务。 本文对长沙市开福区捞刀河镇广胜村部分居民就各种法律问题进行了社会调查。通过深入持久的普法工作来丰富农民的法律知识，增强其法制观念，提高其法律素质，使广大农民群众养成自觉守法的习惯，学会依法维护合法权益，正确行使当家作主、民主管理的权利，才能进一步提高农民群众依法自我管理的本领，使之担当起社会主义新农村建设和管理的重任，从而使农村各项活动依法健康有序进行，为新农村建设营造和谐稳定的环境。

Abstract: the construction of legal system is an important task in the construction of new socialist countryside. Due to the imbalance of economic development and the profound influence of traditional legal culture, there is still a disharmony between farmers' legal consciousness, modern market economy and modern rule of law in the vast rural areas, which directly blocks the construction of new rural areas. We should attach great importance to the improvement of farmers' legal consciousness and legal quality, cultivate new farmers and serve the construction of new socialist countryside. In this paper, some residents of Guangsheng village, Laodaohe Town, Kaifu District, Changsha City were investigated on various legal issues. In order to further improve the ability of farmers' self-management in accordance with the law and make them take on the new socialist countryside, we should enrich their legal knowledge, enhance their legal concept, improve their legal quality, cultivate the habit of consciously abiding by the law, learn to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law, and correctly exercise their rights of being masters and democratic management The task of construction and management, so that all activities in rural areas in accordance with the law healthy and orderly, for the new rural construction to create a harmonious and stable environment.
