一带一路战略下中国跨境电商的困境

摘要:跨境电子商务作为新型跨境贸易模式,近几年在我国呈蓬勃之势发展,可以说是一种必然性的结果。跨境电子商务作为推动经济一体化、贸易全球化的技术基础,具有非常重要的战略意义。跨境电子商务不仅冲破了国家间的障碍,使国际贸易走向无国界贸易,同时它也正在引起世界经济贸易的巨大变革。如今,电子商务已成为21世纪先进生产力的主要标志之一,且在生活中扮演着一个重要的角色。而且,跨境电商是国家大力倡导的也是大势所趋。从地理范围上看,“一带一路”的战略目的主要是连接亚欧非三大陆,将东亚经济圈和欧洲经济圈更加紧密地联系起来。政策的制定,为跨境电商的发展提供了良好的保障。加上各国在通关、仓储、物流和支付等方面的积极推进,使得“一带一路”战略成为跨境电商发展的催化剂,现状和前景十分光明。目前已经有12个城市被确定为跨境电商试验区,发展势头初现端倪。但是跨境电商发展仍存在困境。

The Dilemma of Chinese Cross-border E-commerce under the One Belt and One Road
Abstract: As a new type of Cross-Border trade, Cross-border e-commerce has been flourishing in China in recent years, which can be regarded as a result of inevitability. As the technical basis for promoting economic integration and trade globalization, Cross-border e-commerce is of great strategic significance. Cross-border e-commerce has not only broken the barriers among countries, but also causing great changes in the worldwide economic and trade, which made the international trade without borders. Nowadays, e-commerce has become one of the main symbols of the advanced productivity in the 21st century and plays an important role in life. What`s more, Cross-border e-commerce is a strong advocate of the state. From a geographical perspective, One Belt and One Road`s strategic purpose is to connect the east Asia economic circle and the European economic circle more closely. The formulation of the policy provides a good guarantee for the development of cross-border e-commerce. In addition, with the promotion of the countries in customs clearance, warehousing , logistics and payment, the strategy of One Belt And One Road has become a catalyst for the development of cross-border e-commerce, which makes the current situation and prospects bright. At the moment, there are 12 cities identified as Cross-border e-commerce testing zones. But there are some dilemma in the development of cross-border e-commerce.

 一、选题简介、意义
The construction of the Belt and Road is one of the major strategies in our country, which is also a hot topic recently. The strategy of the Belt and Road aims at the deep integration through infrastructure, energy resources and investment trade etc, which is beneficial to the construction of economic community. At the same time, there is a wave of domestic upsurge called Cross-border e-commerce with the support of the national policy. The research of cross-border e-commerce has gradually brought to the forefront between domestic scholars. Nowadays, the strategy of the Belt and Road provides excellent development opportunity for the Cross-border e-commerce logistics. With the guide of the policy the Belt and Road, the development momentum of cross-border e-commerce is favorable in surrounding countries. The strategy is beneficial to the development and promotion of cross-border e-commerce.

The research concentrates on Cross-border e-commerce, and then analyses the problems under the Belt and Road. Because more and more domestic scholars take it for granted that the benefits generated by the strategy is far greater. We also pay attention to the cooperation and development of cross-border e-commerce under the Belt and road. For instance, Cross-border e-commerce under the strategy contributes to the success of “Internet + trade cooperation with Russia”, which is a tremendous promotion. Through our research and analysis, we will make a profound comprehension.
At the meantime, there are some challenges for Cross-border e-commerce. If we want to avoid the risk and make an achievement, we have to make a progress in some aspects.
