顺丰物流仓储管理模式信息化
摘要：时代的日新月异，信息化不断的加强，顺丰速运公司已然我国最大的物流企业公司，顺丰速递公司在1993年成立，到了今年已经有了24年的历史了。现在，顺丰快运公司的总部主要就是设立在深圳。在国内主要经营的产品就是仓储与运输产业相关的服务，顺丰速运是目前中国快递行业中投递速度最快的快递公司之一。物流仓储是物流企业中建设时间最长、最重要的一个业务。而对于不断迅速增加的企业数量，仓储是绝对的稀缺资源。顺丰速运也认为相对于运输、配送等环节，仓储是其中最薄弱的一环，所以2017年将重点发展仓储业务，补齐仓储这块短板。而且顺丰速运认为，像沃尔玛、亚马逊的成功也都源自于仓储作为的核心竞争力。于是，今年年初顺丰速运开始进行布局：不但针对电商企业推出了分仓备货服务，而且启动了全新的仓储融资服务。除了完善自身业务链条，顺丰速运还加强了对客户的研究，尤其是电商、微商等新的客户群。针对微商这个更新、更个性化的群体，顺丰速运也推出了一系列的服务业务。本文就是阐述顺丰现代化的仓储管理模式信息化。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the times, the continuous strengthening of information technology, SF EXPRESS has been China's largest logistics companies, SF courier company was established in 1993, to this year has been 24 years of history. Now, SF express headquarters is located in Shenzhen. in China, the main business is the storage and transportation industry related services, SF EXPRESS is one of the fastest courier companies in China express delivery industry. Logistics warehousing is the longest and most important business in logistics enterprises. For the rapid increase in the number of enterprises, warehousing is an absolute scarce resources. SF EXPRESS also believes that with respect to transportation, distribution and other aspects of warehousing is one of the weakest link, so in 2017 will focus on the development of warehousing operations, complete the warehouse this short board. And SF EXPRESS believes that, like WAL-MART, Amazon's success has come from the core competitiveness of the warehouse as. So, at the beginning of this year, SF EXPRESS began to layout: not only for the electricity supplier companies launched a warehouse stocking service, but also launched a new warehouse financing services. In addition to improving their business chain, SF EXPRESS also strengthened the study of customers, especially electricity providers, micro providers and other new customer base.
