商务合同翻译标准与策略
Abstract：Now, Business contract translation is becoming more and more important in the activities of international business. There are three specific criteria that translation of business contract shall be in accordance with: right word, a complete translation; reads fluency, coherence; stylistic features in line with the contract. At the same time, in order to avoid the translation of foreign-related contract problem, we should be familiar with relevant expertise in business English and business contracts to explore translation strategies to master aspects of business contracts and other linguistic characteristics.

摘要：现在，商务合同的翻译已成为国际商务活动越来越重要的组成部分。商务合同英译应按照具体标的准有三个：对词，一个完整的翻译;读通顺，前后连贯;文体特征与合同一致。与此同时，为了避免涉外合同问题的翻译，我们应该熟悉商务英语，商务合同相关的专业知识及标准，探讨翻译策略，掌握业务合同以及其他语言特征的各个方面。
